7formation is looking to recruit a Sector Assistant / Administrator to join the team, based in Corby, Northamptonshire.

The Sector Assistant / Administrator role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Sector Assistant to join our expanding team at the head office in Corby, working with one of our Contracts Directors and our Office & Procurement Manager.
Applicants need to be prepared to work in a vibrant, fast paced environment. We are looking for the right candidate who is adaptable, willing to learn and is eager to work within the dedicated team. The role is to support the Contracts Director in assisting with the running of the sector. Due to the growing nature you will also be required to assist the Office Manager in day to day duties.
Main responsibilities of the Sector Assistant / Administrator include:
Co-ordinate with the main office team to ensure sector compliance with the group.
Attend meetings and take minutes.
Manage sector emails and prioritise for Contracts Director
Calendar/Diary management
Printing Drawings, Site Files and Tender Files.
Tracking fleet and keeping up to date with any MOT and service requirements.
To book all accommodation and labour requirement for the Sector projects.
To liaise with the agencies in booking in labour required for the Sector projects.
To be confident in dealing with any calls that come through.
To respect the confidential nature of the work and protect personal information in accordance with data protection regulations and policies in place.
Our Sector Assistant / Administrator will have the following skills and experience:
Driving License
GCSE level 4 in Maths and English
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Accurate, computer literate and numerate
Keen to be part of and contribute to a hard-working team
Organised, professional, positive, someone who enjoys work
Self-motivated and able to plan time effectively
Used to working in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic and ambitious
