Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Salary: £40k–£45k (OTE £60k–£70k)
About the Role:
We’re searching for a talented and driven Secured Sales Manager to join a market-leading, fast-growing financial platform based in Manchester. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams across the Advisor, Trainee Advisor, and Case Manager functions. You’ll drive performance, customer satisfaction, compliance, and efficiency—ensuring an outstanding customer journey at every stage.
You’ll work alongside some of the best in the industry, benefitting from strong partnerships with top lenders, ongoing training, and a clear vision for success and growth.
What you’ll be doing:

Lead and manage Advisor, Trainee Advisor, and Case Manager teams, driving performance and efficiency.
*
Deliver an exceptional customer journey, maintaining high satisfaction and conversion rates.
*
Oversee sales and case management functions, maximising profitability while upholding compliance and quality standards.
*
Embed a customer-first culture, ensuring the right outcomes for every customer.
*
Monitor call quality, conduct customer file audits, and analyse satisfaction metrics.
*
Carry out regular performance reviews, providing coaching and development to your team.
*
Define and implement KPIs, assessing and adapting them to meet business and regulatory needs.
*
Foster strong collaboration across internal teams and align business and marketing strategies.
*
Strengthen relationships with lending partners to support conversion and product development.
*
Support and encourage technology adoption to enhance customer and team experience.
*
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance.
*
Champion a culture of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) and ongoing training on Customer Conduct Rules.

Take on additional responsibilities as needed by management.

Strong track record of driving sales performance whilst maintaining compliance and ethical standards.

Strategic thinking, with the ability to align team goals to broader business objectives.

Thorough understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
