Security Engineer (CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarms)

Service Engineers – Would you like to work on Gallagher, Milestone, Lenel, Avigilon, and Axis?
In this role, you’ll carry out service and maintenance on advanced Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems across Luton, Welwyn Garden City and North London—without excessive travel.
What’s on Offer:
* Salary: £45,000
* Travel Time Paid (engineer given time each way)
* Call-Out Rota: 1 in 5 weeks | £140 standby + door-to-door at overtime rates
* Overtime: 1.5x (Mon–Sat) | 2x (Sundays & Bank Holidays)
* Commission Scheme: Approx. £2,000/year
* Hours: 8:00 – 16:30
* Company Van: Private use permitted
* Holidays: 25 days + 8 bank holidays

About You:
* Proven experience servicing and maintaining security systems (Intruder, CCTV, Access Control)
* Familiarity with premium systems such as Gallagher, Milestone, Lenel, Avigilon, and Axis is highly desirable
* Based in or near Welwyn Garden City / Luton/ North London with a full UK driving licence
