Security Engineer - Local Patch (CCTV, Intruder & Access Control)

Up to £45,000 + Call Out + Training

I'm currently working with a well-established and growing security business looking to add an experienced Security Engineer to their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a local role, varied work, and long-term stability without excessive travel.

What's on Offer

Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)
Local travel only - typically within a 10-15 mile radius
1 in 10 call out rota - mostly handled remotely
Ongoing in-house training and development
Mix of commercial and domestic work

The Role

Installation and servicing of CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems
Working across both commercial and domestic sites
Fault finding and system diagnostics
Delivering a high standard of workmanship and customer service
Managing your own workload within a local patch

What We're Looking For

Experience working on CCTV, intruder, and/or access control systems
Ability to carry out both installation and service work
Strong fault-finding skills
Good communication and customer-facing approach
Full UK driving licenceThis role is ideal for an engineer who wants to stay local, reduce travel, and work in a business that invests in its people.
