Job Title: Security Engineer
Location: London (Mainly Commercial, Some Residential Work)
Salary: £38,000 – £45,000 + Van + Overtime + Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are currently seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join our client’s established team, covering London and the surrounding areas. This is a varied role working predominantly on commercial sites, with occasional residential projects.
The ideal candidate will be confident across a range of systems, including CCTV, gate automation, access control, and intruder alarms.
Key Responsibilities:

Installation, servicing, and maintenance of:
*
CCTV systems (IP and analogue)
*
Automated gates and barriers
*
Access control systems
*
Intruder alarm systems
*
Fault-finding and repair work
*
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards
*
Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site
*
Completing job reports and documentation accurately
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Security Engineer (3+ years preferred)
*
Strong working knowledge of CCTV, access control, gate automation, and intruder alarms
*
Experience working on commercial sites essential; residential experience beneficial
*
Full UK driving licence required
*
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
