Job Title: Security Engineer
Location: London & Home Counties
Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE) + Travel Time + Benefits
We are seeking an experienced Security Engineer to join our growing team. The role will involve the installation, service, maintenance, and commissioning of fire and security systems, with a strong focus on security systems. You will be working across both commercial sites and high-end residential projects, delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, service, maintain, and commission CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
* Work with industry-leading platforms such as Hikvision, Dahua, Galaxy, and Texecom
* Review specifications and drawings to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to standard
* Provide excellent technical support and customer service
* Ensure compliance with relevant British Standards and company procedures
* Participate in the on-call rota when required
About You:
* 2–5+ years’ experience as a Security Engineer
* Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
* Familiarity with British Standards and best practices
* Computer literate with the ability to use modern software and applications
* Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* A full UK driving licence
