Fire & Security Engineer – Service & Small Works
Lancashire
Up to £38,000 + Overtime + Bonuses + 25 Days Holiday + Vehicle
We’re looking for a skilled Fire & Security Engineer to join our growing team. If you take pride in delivering first-class service, enjoy working with the latest technology, and want to be part of a company that values and invests in its people, this could be the perfect next step in your career.
What You’ll Be Doing
Servicing, maintaining, and carrying out small works on systems including Axis, Hanwah, Galaxy, Texecom, and Paxton
Supporting high-profile clients across commercial sites, business parks, and private estates in Lancashire
Working independently as well as within a collaborative, experienced engineering team
Taking part in a 1-in-5 call-out rota with standby allowance
What’s On Offer
Salary up to £38,000 (DOE)
Overtime rates (time + half after 37.5 hours)
Commission on sales, plus annual Christmas & retention bonus
25 days holiday + bank holidays
Company vehicle (personal use allowed), fuel card & credit card
Laptop, phone, test equipment & power tools provided
