Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Guard to join the estates team and help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.

Role Responsibilities
Conduct tours to encourage lanyard use and respectful behaviour.
Supervise behaviour across designated areas.
Monitor common rooms during break times.
Respond to incidents involving unauthorised individuals on site.
Build rapport with individuals, reporting those at risk to the safeguarding team.
Report breaches of the code of conduct.
Communicate regularly with the Safeguarding and Tutorial Team to support a safe culture.Essential Requirements
Previous security experience, ideally in a public-facing environment.
Proven ability to work effectively with young people and vulnerable adults.
GCSE (or equivalent) qualification.
Willing and able to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
Professional, reliable, and approachable, with excellent communication skills. Benefits
