About the Role
The client is seeking a proactive and reliable Security Officer to join a high-end retail team in the heart of Bristol. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern, including:
Morning Shift: 7:45am - 4:45pm
Day Shift: 9:45am - 7:15pm
Evening Shift: 2:00pm - 11:30pm
You'll play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, customers, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Enforce safety and security policies across the site
Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies
Maintain discretion and professionalism at all times
Monitor and report risks related to theft and stock loss
Conduct staff and contractor searches in line with policy
Support investigations and loss prevention initiatives
Ensure compliance with ASCONE standards and legal requirements
Foster a secure and welcoming atmosphere
What We're Looking For
SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a professional approach
Flexible availability for shifts, including evenings and weekends
Team player with a proactive mindset
Ability to build positive working relationships
