Security Install Engineer – CCTV, Access Control & Intruder Alarms

Location: M4 Corridor
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum + Overtime
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Security Install Engineer to join a well-established and growing security systems company. Due to continued success and increasing demand across the M4 Corridor, our client is expanding their engineering team and looking for a motivated individual with experience in CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm installations.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Security Install Engineer, your duties will include:

  * Installation of IP CCTV systems, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms

  * Field-based role covering commercial and residential sites along the M4 Corridor

  * Working with a range of leading security manufacturers and systems

  * Ensuring installations meet high-quality and compliance standards

  * Maintaining excellent communication with customers at all times

  * Completing work efficiently and accurately

  * Supporting colleagues and contributing to team success when required

Skills & Experience Required

  * Full UK driving licence (essential)

  * Experience installing CCTV, Access Control, and/or Intruder Alarm systems

  * Ideally 3+ years’ experience within the security industry (desirable but not essential)

  * Candidates with experience in one or two disciplines encouraged to apply; training provided

  * Familiarity with multiple security system manufacturers

  * Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and self-motivation

  * Ability to work independently across multiple sites

Desirable Qualifications (Not Essential):

  * IPAF

  * CSCS / ECS

  * FIA Units

  * City & Guilds (Security Systems or Electrical)
