Shift Pattern: Various shifts pattens available
* Sunday 16:50-08:10/Monday, Tuesday 20:10-08:10
* Wednesday ,Thursday, Friday 20:10-08:10 & Saturdays 20:10-10:10

Role overview:
Were seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our clients team in CB2. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a forward-thinking security company led by a female-majority board, recognised for championing diversity and inclusivity in the industry.
Our client delivers bespoke security and facilities management services across a wide range of sectors including education, healthcare, social housing, corporate estates, logistics, retail, and more.
Your Role:
* Operate the centralised car park management system, providing courteous and professional customer service via phone, intercom, and face-to-face.
* Use parking management, CCTV, and mechanical parking equipment (full training provided).
* Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
* Carry out Keyholding Alarm Response duties, including locking/unlocking sites and managing alarms.
What Were Looking For:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)

Excellent observation skills and attention to detail

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Calm and professional under pressure
*
Physically fit able to stand and walk for extended period
