Security Service Engineer – Package Overview:
* Basic Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience) + Overtime
* Full manufacturer training provided on enterprise-level Access Control systems including C-Cure and Lenel
* Full-Time, Permanent Position

As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Security Service Engineer to join their team. Security Service Engineer – Role and Responsibilities:
* Service, fault-finding, maintenance and repair of CCTV, Access Control (including enterprise systems), and Intruder Alarm systems
* Working across a variety of commercial sites in a field-based role
* Exposure to and training on high-end access control systems such as C-Cure and Lenel
* Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Occasional support for junior engineers or project teams
Security Service Engineer – Skills and Experience Required:
* Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
* Strong knowledge of IP-based security systems and networking fundamentals is essential
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in the electronic security industry preferred (flexible for the right candidate)
* Previous experience with IP CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms
* Familiarity with systems such as C-Cure or Lenel is desirable, but not essential – full training provided
* Qualifications such as CSCS/ECS, IPAF, FIA, and City & Guilds are a plus
* Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and a proactive approach
