Assistant Site Supervisor (Evening Operations)
Up to £32,000 + discretionary bonus
Thursday-Saturday | 4pm-1am | 27 Hours total
A busy indoor leisure and hospitality destination in Glasgow is looking for an Assistant Site Supervisor to take ownership of the venue during its peak evening hours. This is a key role supporting a mixture of bars, restaurants and small on-site events, ensuring the destination remains safe, welcoming and well-presented.
The role
* Take over evening responsibility from the daytime supervisor and maintain operational standards across the venue
* Be the on-site point of contact for tenants and support the smooth running of evening trade
* Respond professionally to incidents and uphold safety, security and compliance requirements
* Monitor cleanliness, maintenance and contractor activity where required
* Keep detailed operational records in line with established procedures
* Build strong working relationships with tenants, visitors and partner agencies
What you’ll bring
* Experience in security, leisure, venue operations, or a busy public-facing environment
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently, make decisions and remain calm under pressure
* Understanding of safety, incident management and record keeping
* SIA Door Supervisor licence (minimum) - renewals will be funded going forward
* Availability to work Thursday to Saturday, 4pm to 1am
