Job Description Security Service Engineer – Site-based
Location: Static Site - Central London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm
This role will deal with daily fault requests, PPM duties, and out-of-hours reactive work for large-scale, high-end integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a reliable, courteous, and effective service to all clients.
Maintain a positive company image through high standards of dress and customer communication.
Close or update helpdesk tickets upon completion of each service visit.
Ensure any company vehicle provided is maintained in good working order.
Demonstrate a willingness to help colleagues and maintain a high level of personal performance.
Adopt a flexible approach to working hours and callouts.
Adhere to company Management Systems at all times.
Undertake any other duties as requested by the Service Manager to deliver first-class service.
Participate in the company callout rota.
Field-Based Duties
Provide day-to-day care, maintenance, and repair of complex Analogue and Digital CCTV Systems on public highways, shopping malls, custodial and general areas.
Maintain and repair functional and managed control rooms.
Provide maintenance and repair of multi-site Access Control Systems.
Support and maintain Perimeter Detection Systems.
Complete all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules as required.
Be prepared for occasional nights away.
Assist with the callout rota as necessary.

Qualifications & Experience
Sound knowledge of CCTV, IT, and PID systems across varying scales.
Experience with Access Control systems including Site Mustering.
Strong understanding of DVR and NVR systems.
On-site fault repair and maintenance capability.
