Self-Employed Estate Agent – 70% Commission | Work From Home
We’re supporting a fast-growing estate agency model that gives experienced property professionals the freedom to work independently while still benefiting from the tools, structure, and mentoring of an established brand.

What’s on Offer
* 70% commission on all completions
* CRM and property portal access (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.)
* Ongoing leads and marketing support
* Monthly one-to-one mentoring
* Remote working, manage your own diary
* Territories available: Coventry, Rugby, Kenilworth, Warwick, Leamington Spa, and Stratford-upon-Avon
What You’ll Do
* Build and manage your own pipeline of listings and sales
* Deliver an exceptional client experience throughout the property journey
* Conduct valuations, viewings, and negotiations
* Work collaboratively with the wider network to share best practice and referrals
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as an Estate Agent, Valuer, or Lister
* Self-motivated with strong local market knowledge
* Confident communicator who enjoys autonomy
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow your own business
