Job Title: Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor
Location: Remote but able to access the office based in Marlow
Salary: OTE £50,000-£60,000 Year 1, OTE £75,000+ Year 2

Responsibilities for the role of Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor:
Provide professional and tailored mortgage advice to clients
Guide clients through the end-to-end mortgage process
Manage documentation and ensure compliance standards are met
Stay up to date with mortgage market changes and products
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute ideas and feedback to help shape company growth.Experience required for the role of Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor:
Previous experience providing mortgage advice
Strong understanding of mortgage products and the lending process
CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to generate your own business is essential, though leads will also be provided
Confident working independently and managing your own workload
