Hybrid Working: 3 days office-based in your assigned Buckinghamshire branch, 2 days from home

We are seeking experienced Self-Employed Mortgage Advisors / Mortgage Brokers to join established Buckinghamshire branches with exceptional brand presence and consistent business flow.
These locations benefit from outstanding footfall, strong market share, and property values typically ranging from £375,000 – £650,000, resulting in strong case sizes and excellent earning potential.
This hybrid role — 3 office days and 2 days from home — offers a superb blend of flexibility, branch exposure, warm lead flow, and strong commission opportunity. With reliable pre-qualified appointments and full administrative support, brokers can expect excellent year-on-year income growth.
Key Responsibilities
Across High Wycombe and surrounding Buckinghamshire branches, you will:
• Conduct full fact-finds and in-depth client consultations
• Deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
• Recommend suitable products clearly and professionally
• Manage applications from enquiry through to completion
• Liaise with lenders, BDMs, underwriters and solicitors
• Provide protection advice (life, critical illness, income protection)
• Build strong relationships with branch teams and introducers
• Maximise every opportunity to drive repeat business and referrals
The Ideal Candidate
This role suits a motivated, experienced broker who is:
• A minimum of 2 years trading as a Mortgage Advisor / Broker
• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Knowledgeable across whole-of-market lenders and products
• Highly organised with strong case-management skills
• Excellent at building rapport with clients and branch introducers
• Entrepreneurial, target-driven and committed to high earnings
• Confident working both remotely and within in-branch environments
