We're looking for a Selling Controller to take centre stage in our Stoke showroom — someone who can confidently engage with customers, close deals, and help lead the team to success.
With 100+ fully prepared vehicles on site and a consistent stream of customers driven by our busy telesales and online teams, this is an environment built for people who want to earn well and progress fast.
💼 What You'll Be Doing:
*
Acting as the go-to person in the showroom, delivering outstanding customer experiences
*
Supporting the Sales Manager and stepping in when required
*
Understanding customer needs and helping them find the perfect vehicle
*
Arranging and conducting test drives
*
Selling value-added products confidently and ethically
*
Helping motivate the sales team to smash targets
*
Meeting (and exceeding!) your own personal sales goals
👤 What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience in a similar sales role (essential)
*
A natural communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
*
Positive, enthusiastic, and results-focused
*
High attention to detail and a drive to deliver great service
*
Full UK driving licence
*
FCA accredited (or willingness to complete training)
*
Presentable and professional with a friendly personality
💰 What’s In It For You:

£28,000 basic salary + uncapped commission
*
Realistic earnings of £48,000+ for top performers
*
5-day working week
*
Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
