SEMH Behaviour Mentor – Enfield (Turkey Street) – £95–£125 per day – Full Time – September 2025 Start SEMH Behaviour Mentor - Behaviour Mentor – Full-time, long-term position SEMH Behaviour Mentor - Location – Enfield, near Turkey Street Station SEMH Behaviour Mentor - Start Date – September 2025 SEMH Behaviour Mentor - Pay – £95–£125 per day, depending on experience Are you a calm, patient, and resilient individual with a passion for supporting young pupils with behavioural and emotional needs? Do you have experience working with children who require extra support to manage their emotions, behaviour, and engagement in learning? The Role – SEMH Behaviour Mentor We are looking for a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work on a 1:1 basis with a Year 3 pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2025, based in a well-supported primary school near Turkey Street Station. Your role will involve building a trusting relationship with the pupil, helping them regulate their emotions, stay focused in class, and engage positively with learning and peers. You’ll work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals to implement tailored behaviour support strategies and interventions.
