Behaviour Expertise: Deep, practical knowledge of effective challenging behaviour management and de-escalation strategies (e.g., Team Teach, Positive Handling, or a Trauma-Informed approach is highly desirable).
Resilience: Exceptional personal resilience and an unwavering, non-judgemental approach to students with complex needs.
Safeguarding: A strong understanding of safeguarding protocols within an educational context.
Compliance: Must hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service.
