SEMH LSA - Haverhill, Suffolk

A welcoming and supportive school in Haverhill, Suffolk is looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is a hands-on role helping students engage, progress, and thrive in a structured learning environment.

The Role:

Support students with SEMH needs during lessons and interventions

Assist in creating a calm, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment

Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to monitor student progress

Help implement personalised strategies to support behaviour, learning, and wellbeing

You:

Experience supporting children with SEMH or similar additional needs
