Job Description

SEMH Pastoral Worker (Sleep-in) - Great Yarmouth Location: Great Yarmouth, East Norfolk Hours: 35 hours per week + 1 weekly sleep-in Salary: Temp to perm: £14.30 - £18/hr  Perm: £22,547 - £24,458 plus £1,344 sleep-in allowance Contract: Temp - Perm, Term Time + 1 week Start date: April/May 2026 or sooner Join our partner school as an SEMH Pastoral Worker, supporting boys aged 7-16 years with social, emotional, and mental health needs in a Monday- Friday residential setting. This role includes a 4-week period as a SEN Teaching Assistant to ensure suitability and consistency for our pastoral team.
