Top Marks Education Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a position in the Rochdale area with immediate effect. Your role as a SEMH Teaching Assistant will require you to work closely with teaching staff and SENCO’s creating individual learning plans, provide ongoing support for pupils who require extra interventions to achieve full potential, identify ways to improve pupil performance while supervising work and offering support.

* A genuine passion for education and working in a school setting
* A formal Teaching Assistant qualification or Psychology degree
