Teaching Assistant - SEMH Specialist School - Northamptonshire Are you a natural mentor with a passion for supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Tradewind Recruitment Northampton is currently recruiting for enthusiastic and supportive Teaching Assistants to work in SEMH schools across Northamptonshire. These settings cater to pupils aged 7-16 with a range of emotional and behavioural challenges, often including trauma, anxiety, ADHD, or other complex needs. Role overview: As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, your role will be vital in supporting students both academically and emotionally. You will help create a safe, consistent, and nurturing learning environment where students can build self-esteem, trust, and the confidence to re-engage with education.
