Teaching Assistant – SEMH Support (Year 4) | Bispham | Immediate Start

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to support a Year 4 pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a welcoming primary school in Bispham.
About the Role:
Provide 1:1 support for a pupil with SEMH needs, helping them to engage positively with learning.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement tailored strategies.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes emotional well-being and academic progress.
Support the pupil in managing behaviour and building resilience.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children with SEMH or similar needs (school-based or other relevant settings).
Calm, patient and empathetic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children’s development.
