Job Description
We are currently seeking passionate, resilient, and committed professionals to join our outstanding team across three of our specialist settings:
Key Stages 1 & 2
Key Stages 2 & 3
Key Stages 3 & 4
All of our pupils have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) and present with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties and associated challenging behaviour. Many also have additional complex needs, including:
Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
ADHD
Speech, Language and Communication Difficulties
Severe Social Anxiety
We are proud to offer a nurturing and therapeutic approach to education and social development. Our in-house therapy team works across disciplines including:
🎭 Drama Therapy
🎨 Art Therapy
🎶 Music Therapy
🧱 Lego Therapy
🎲 Play Therapy
We also maintain strong partnerships with CAMHS, Early Help, and social care teams to ensure that our pupils receive holistic, joined-up support.
We are looking for individuals who:
Are passionate about working with children with complex needs
Have experience in or a strong understanding of SEMH and associated difficulties
Are committed to trauma-informed, person-centred approaches
Can work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Have a strong sense of empathy, patience, and resilience
