The Role – SEMH TA
A supportive SEMH school in Hackney is looking for an experienced SEMH TA to provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils across KS3–KS4. Many of the students present with challenging behaviour and require a positive role model who can build strong relationships, manage behaviour effectively, and encourage engagement in learning. Experience working in SEMH, PRU, or alternative provision is desirable, but transferable skills from youth work, care, or mentoring are also valued.
