SEMH Teacher - January Start
Location: Blackpool
Start Date: 5th January
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a specialist provision in Blackpool to recruit a passionate and dedicated SEMH Teacher to start on 5th January, with the opportunity to move from a temporary role to a permanent position.
This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is committed to supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism, and who thrives in a structured, supportive, and nurturing environment.
The role:
Teaching pupils with SEMH and Autism
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
Creating a safe and positive learning environment
Working collaboratively with support staff and external professionals
The ideal candidate will:
Hold QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)
Have experience working with SEMH and/or Autism (desirable)
Demonstrate strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
Be resilient, patient, and passionate about inclusive education
