Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Substantial experience teaching students with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs
Strong classroom management skills with ability to remain composed under pressure
Team Teach certification or similar physical intervention training highly advantageous
Excellent understanding of trauma-informed practice and therapeutic approaches to education
Enhanced DBS certificate on Update Service or willingness to complete enhanced checks
