Are you a passionate and dedicated Teacher with a strong background in supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate SEMH Teacher to join our partnered specialist SEN school based in Newmarket. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a nurturing and dynamic environment that prioritises emotional wellbeing, personalised learning, and student success

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons to meet diverse SEMH needs
Foster a positive and therapeutic learning environment
Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to create individualised learning plans
Use a trauma-informed approach to behaviour management
Track progress and report on academic and emotional development
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS or QTLS (essential)
Experience working with SEMH pupils (preferably in an SEN setting)
Passionate about inclusive education and improving outcomes for vulnerable learners
Resilient, patient, and empathetic
Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
