The school supports pupils aged approximately 8–18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, alongside additional needs including Autism, ADHD, speech and communication challenges, and associated learning differences. We’d Love to Hear From You If You:
Hold QTS or are completing your teacher training
Have experience with SEMH, SEND, nurture groups, PRUs or alternative provision (desirable but not essential)
Can build positive and consistent relationships with young people
Are calm, resilient and adaptable
Believe every child deserves the opportunity to succeed
Want to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team
Ideal for ECTs / FQTs
This is an excellent opportunity for Early Career Teachers looking to gain valuable experience within specialist education. You’ll receive ongoing mentoring, training and support from experienced colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
