Colmore Education are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded SEMH school in Dudley to recruit a skilled and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant. Ideal Candidate Will Have

Previous experience working in an SEMH, PRU, or specialist SEND setting.

A calm, consistent, and reflective approach to behaviour support.
*
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
*
A relevant TA qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3) is desirable but not essential.
