About the Role:
Supporting students with SEMH needs within the classroom and on a one-to-one basis
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
Assisting with behaviour management and social development
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to support student progress
Implementing tailored strategies to meet individual student needs
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with SEMH pupils or in special educational needs
Compassionate, patient, and resilient
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to challenging situations with a positive attitude
Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
