SEN Teaching Assistant 

Specialist School - Warrington - Up to £550 per week - Full-Time

The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, Autism, and behavioural challenges. You will work both 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils regulate their behaviour, engage with learning, and develop key life skills.

Your role will involve implementing structured strategies, supporting personalised interventions, and maintaining a calm and consistent presence in the classroom. Building trust and acting as a positive role model will be central to helping pupils progress both academically and personally.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong personalities who can set clear boundaries while remaining supportive, patient, and encouraging.
