SEMH Teaching Assistants
Tradewind Recruitment are working with schools in the Liskeard area, who are looking for Teaching Assistants to support with students who require social, emotional, and mental health support. We have long-term and flexible supply available, and we are looking for people who are available either on a full-time basis, or part-time flexible basis.
We are looking for committed, resilient and enthusiastic educators, who are looking for a rewarding role within education. Requirements:
Have experience working with SEMH, SEN, or challenging behaviour (preferred but not essential)
Be patient, empathetic and confident in managing behaviour
Be committed to creating a safe, consistent and engaging learning environment
Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to applyWe offer:
