Key Responsibilities: - Build strong, trusting relationships with students to support their emotional and behavioural development - Deliver structured interventions and mentoring sessions, helping students develop coping strategies and self-regulation skills - Encourage positive behaviours and social skills through engaging activities and consistent routines
Requirements:
Must Have:
Strong behaviour management and experience supporting students or service users with SEMH needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of SEMH conditions and the ability to adapt approaches to individual studentsNice To Have:
