The Role
We are seeking compassionate Teaching Assistants to become part of our dedicated team. This vital role involves supporting students with a range of social, emotional, and mental health needs. Key responsibilities will include:

Applying positive and consistent behaviour management strategies in line with school policies.
Delivering both one-to-one and small group support as needed.
