We are seeking a dedicated SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist inclusive school. The school provides a tailored learning environment designed to aid students overcome barriers, build resilience, and achieve their full potential both academically and socially. As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will: Support individual students and small groups to maximise learning and achievement. Assist in delivering lessons, interventions, and off-site activities. Promote positive behaviour by consistently implementing the school's behaviour policy. Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure strong communication and progress. Encourage student independence, confidence, and engagement with the curriculum.
