SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental
Health (SEMH) needs and is looking to make a real difference in their education and wellbeing.
The Role:
Work 1:1 and in small groups with students who present SEMH needs.
Support pupils both academically and emotionally, promoting positive behaviour strategies.
Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to create an inclusive and safe learning environment.
Help students build confidence, resilience, and independence.Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience working with students with SEMH needs (essential).
A calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour management.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs.The School Offers:
