🧠 What You'll Be Doing
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you'll be a vital part of a student's journey-helping them overcome challenges and build confidence. Your role will include:
Providing tailored one-to-one or small group support
Assisting teachers in creating inclusive, nurturing classrooms
Supporting students' emotional and academic development
Helping manage behaviour and classroom routine
✅ What We're Looking For
We're looking for individuals who are:
Experienced of working with children with SEMH needs
Patient, empathetic, and resilient
Great communicators and team players
Ideally trained or qualified in SEMH support (not essential)
