Job Description
Exciting opportunity for a Semi Senior Accountant looking to join a high-profile, medium sized Accountancy Practice and continue their studies and develop in their career. The Semi Senior position is a full time, permeant position based in the Sheffield office.
The Accountant will join a medium sized team within the Accountancy Practice to train and deliver high quality and fast paced Accounts Services to a high profile client base.
You will report to the Divisional Manager and will be offered a salary up to £35,000, 23 days holiday + bank, full study support and flexitime hours.
Semi Senior Accountant Job Overview
Accounts Preparation for Ltd companies
Preparing management accounts for clients
Preparing business and personal tax returns
VAT preparation and Submissions
Offering advice and liaising with clients directly
Ad Hoc duties as required
Semi Senior Accountant Job Requirements
Previous experience within an Accountancy Practice (2 years minimum)
Preferably studying AAT / ACCA / ACA / ICAEW
Previous experience within Xero, Sage or IRIS beneficial
Live within a commutable distance to Sheffield
Semi Senior Accountant Salary & Benefits
£28,000 - £35,000 per annum
37.5 hours per week 8:30am - 17:00pm (flexible start/finish times)
23 days + bank holiday and paid Christmas shutdown
Full Study support available including funding and days off to study
