Semi-Skilled Engineer
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £15 – £18 per hour (DOE) - £35,000 - £42,000
Hours: 45 hours/week Double Day Shift
Week A: 6am – 3pm
Week B: 1pm – 10pm
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

We’re hiring a Semi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading manufacturer known for its precision-engineered equipment and commitment to developing talent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience who’s ready to progress.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting maintenance and engineering tasks across the site
Assisting with fault finding and basic repairs
Learning from experienced engineers and developing hands-on skills
Working within a high-volume manufacturing environment
Following health & safety and compliance proceduresWhat We’re Looking For
1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Any engineering qualification (Level 2 or above)
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn and progress
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work across rotating shifts
