Job Title: Semi-Skilled Engineer
Rate: £21.00 – £23.00 per hour
Location: Heathrow
Schedule: Ongoing Work – Days, Nights & Weekends
MJM Industrial is looking for reliable and motivated Semi-Skilled Engineers to support a range of mechanical installation and infrastructure projects at Heathrow Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced tradespeople on high-profile, critical works within one of the world's busiest airports.
Role Overview:
As a Semi-Skilled Engineer, you will assist with mechanical installations, support engineering teams on-site, and contribute to the delivery of large-scale airport infrastructure projects. This is hands-on work in a secure, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a safety-first attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting mechanical fitters and engineers on installation and upgrade projects
* Assisting with the fitting, fixing, and assembly of mechanical systems and components
* Following site safety protocols and assisting in keeping workspaces clean and secure
Requirements:
* Previous experience working on mechanical projects or installation environments
* Ideally prior experience working at Heathrow Airport or other high-security/industrial sites
* Valid CSCS Card – essential
* Must be able to pass 5-year checkable UK work history to obtain airside security clearance
* Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong focus on safety and reliability
