Semi-Skilled Labourer – Engineering & Steelwork | £16.00/hr | Temp to Perm
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Semi-Skilled Worker to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive and growing engineering environment.
Responsibilities:
* Support steel fabricators on construction sites, assisting with the erection of structural steelwork
* Perform general yard duties, including loading/unloading materials, site prep, and equipment handling
* Operate or assist with forklift operations in the yard (forklift training provided if required)
* Travel to various project sites as needed – company transport available
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS Card – mandatory for site access and safety compliance
* Engineering or Construction Experience – essential for supporting steel erection and on-site tasks
* Full UK Driving Licence – required for travel between yard and project sites
