This is a physically active role where you'll play an important part in supporting day-to-day site operations and helping projects run smoothly. What You'll Do
Carry out a variety of general labouring duties, including moving, lifting, and handling materials.
Provide assistance to skilled tradespeople, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow supervisor instructions to ensure work is delivered on time and to standard.
Keep the work area clean, safe, and organised, always observing health and safety requirements.
Report any hazards, faults, or issues promptly to the site supervisor.
Take part in team briefings and support project planning where needed.
What We're Looking For
Previous labouring or site experience is helpful, but not essential as training will be provided.
Strong physical fitness and stamina, with the ability to carry out manual tasks throughout the day.
A team player who can also work independently when required.
Good communication skills with the ability to follow clear instructions.
Basic knowledge of health and safety practices in a site or workshop setting is desirable.
A valid driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
