Key Responsibilities of the Semi Skilled Operative:
 Prepare components for final inspections and post-painting operations following engineering drawings and work instructions.
 Dress various components to meet specifications and achieve quality standards.
 Hammer peen components in line with specifications.
 Gauge various components to ensure compliance with quality standards.
 Operate a Portal Straightening Press for individual parts and welded assemblies.
 Perform general housekeeping and labouring duties across the site.

Qualifications Needed:
 The ideal candidate for the Semi Skilled Operative position will possess:
Technical aptitude and experience in a manufacturing environment.
 Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
 Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
