Semi-Skilled Sheet Metal Worker | Poole | £15 per hour Are you a practical, hands-on Semi-skilled Sheet Metal Worker looking for steady hours and a reliable workshop-based role? This is an opportunity for a Semi-Skilled Sheet Metal Worker who enjoys working with sheet metal machinery and takes pride in producing accurate, quality work. If you value consistency, clear processes, and finishing early on a Friday, this Semi-Skilled Sheet Metal Worker role could be a great fit. As a Semi-Skilled Sheet Metal Worker, you will benefit from: £15 per hour, paid monthly from us Stable, long-term opportunity within a well-established manufacturing environment Consistent daytime hours with an early Friday finish Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 5:00pm, Friday 7:30am to 12:00pm A structured workshop environment with clear expectations Opportunity to further develop your sheet metal skills As a Semi-Skilled Sheet Metal Worker, your responsibilities will include: Operating a brake press to form sheet metal components Drilling, Tapping, Countersinking and Pemming of parts Handling and preparing sheet metal materials for fabrication Working from basic drawings and instructions Maintaining accuracy and quality standards at all times As a Semi-Skilled Sheet Metal Worker, your experience will include: Previous experience as a Semi-Skilled Sheet Metal Worker or similar role Knowledge of brake press operating (Amada preferable not essential) Experience in drilling, tapping, countersinking and pemming of parts A practical, methodical approach to workshop tasks Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately If you're ready to take the next step as a Semi-Skilled Sheet Metal Worker and want a role that offers stability and straightforward working hours, apply today with an up-to-date CV or call Ella Deeley at Rubicon for more information
