Semi-Skilled Welder – Immediate Start Available!
Location: Crewkerne | Hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–17:00, Fri 08:00–13:00 | Pay: Competitive, based on weld test

We’re hiring a Semi-Skilled Welder to join a respected and long-established Sheet Metal Fabrication company in Crewkerne. Whether you're looking to build on your existing experience or kick-start your welding journey with structured support, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in the fabrication and welding of metal components
Work from technical drawings and specifications
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Collaborate with a skilled and supportive team
What We’re Looking For:
Basic understanding of welding techniques (MIG/TIG experience a plus)
Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Previous welding experience is beneficial but not essential — full training will be provided!
