We are partnered with a nurturing, forward-thinking SEN school in Bury St Edmunds, dedicated to supporting pupils with a range of needs including Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Autism, ADHD, and other learning differences. Through personalised education and therapeutic support, they help students rediscover confidence, joy, and the power of learning.
They are seeking a passionate, qualified Art Teacher to lead engaging, accessible, and inspiring Art sessions for pupils across Key Stages. Art is a vital part of the school's curriculum - a creative outlet that builds self-esteem, emotional regulation, and personal expression.

What You'll Do:
Deliver inclusive, engaging art lessons tailored to individual needs and EHCP outcomes
Foster creativity and self-expression in a safe, supportive environment
Plan and deliver projects that celebrate student achievement and progress
Work closely with teaching assistants and the wider team to support learning and behaviour
Inspire young people who may have previously disengaged from education
About You:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) - essential
Child DBS on the update service.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for art and creativity
Experience working with children with SEN and/or SEMH - desirable
A patient, flexible, and trauma-informed approach to teaching
