The Role
 You will work closely with pupils with autism and additional needs across Early Years and primary age ranges, supporting communication, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and structured routines. Your role will involve helping children access learning in a way that is meaningful to them, while building confidence, independence, and trust.

Working alongside teaching staff, you will support individual learning plans and help create a calm, predictable environment where pupils can thrive both academically and emotionally.

What You'll Need

Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
Experience supporting children with autism and additional needs
Understanding of safeguarding and inclusive education practices
Awareness of sensory needs, communication support, and positive behaviour approaches
